Who you are dealing with
Rau Home Group is the real estate practice of Rusty Rau, a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE# 02084462) affiliated with Real Brokerage. Rusty acts both as a licensed agent and, in some transactions, as a principal buying property for his own account. Which role applies will be disclosed to you in writing before you enter any agreement.
Nothing here is an offer
Information on this site and in our messages is general and for information only. It is not an offer to buy or sell property, not a valuation, and not legal, tax or financial advice. Any offer to purchase will be made in writing in a signed contract. We do not give a price on a property we have not inspected.
Communications
If you call, text, email or submit a form, you are contacting us and we may respond by the same channel. Calls to our published numbers may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed; you will be told at the start of the call. If you ask whether you are speaking with a person or with AI, you will be told the truth immediately.

You can ask us to stop contacting you on any channel, or all of them, at any time by emailing rusty@rauhomegroup.com. We honour those requests permanently.
Accuracy
We use public records and licensed data providers to identify properties and owners. That data is sometimes wrong or out of date. If we have contacted you about a property you do not own, or used the wrong name, tell us and we will correct or remove the record.
Fair housing
We comply with the Fair Housing Act and California fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income or any other protected characteristic.
Limitation
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any obligation we owe you under California real estate law or as a licensee.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
